Topaploma connects cleaning with collection and return at the customer’s door. The award-winning experience we built starts with a postcode, continues through item selection and reaches the collection calendar and time slots. Arranging the service becomes part of checkout itself.

Check the area. Then start the order.
The postcode is the first meaningful step. Search checks whether the area is served before taking the visitor into the catalogue. An update request is available for areas outside coverage. The geography of the service shapes the journey from the start.

02The items
A basket organised around the home.
Bedding, clothing, rugs and other items are organised into visual categories. Quantities change directly on the cards, with the basket total alongside the selection. Customers describe what needs cleaning and move forward without having to open a separate product page for every item.

03Day & time
The calendar becomes part of the service.
The calendar connects the chosen day with collection time windows and shows when a slot is unavailable. Return and storage options are presented in the same step. From postcode to appointment, the customer can organise a real service through one continuous online journey.
